Access – We offer programs to remove barriers to the recruitment, retention, and graduate talented students from historically excluded populations who are currently underrepresented engineering and information and computer sciences.
Inclusion – We provide a welcoming and supportive environment that respects and embraces diversity and individual differences to empower everyone to learn and achieve to their highest potential.
Excellence – We equip talented students from different backgrounds with critical academic and career skills to be leading engineers and information and computer scientists.
